Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will support Sales/Department Managers in achieving goals and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.

The role includes staffing, training, and scheduling, with emphasis on product knowledge and a positive team environment. Prior supervisory experience is a plus and a high school diploma is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in retail sales; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to staff the department, interview, train and schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily activities and performance of department associates.
• Maintain merchandising directives and plan-o-grams as set by Corporate Office.
• Ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for customers.
• Assist in staffing, interviewing, training, and scheduling; coach and motivate associates.
