Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily.
• Implement merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Staff department with service-oriented personnel; assist in interview/hiring decisions.
• Coordinate training and schedule creation; coach teams for excellent customer service.
• Maintain high customer service standards and product knowledge.
• Assist with special events and pricing/inventory accuracy.
