Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will execute merchandising plans, supervise staff, and ensure a superior shopping experience while supporting sales and accordingly managing inventory and pricing.

The role emphasizes maintaining plan-o-grams, staff training, and collaboration with management to meet departmental goals and deliver a legendary Bass Pro experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
