Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates and execute merchandising, pricing and inventory control while ensuring excellent customer service. You will help staff, train, schedule, and coach a service-oriented team to meet store goals and improve the shopping experience.

The role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to lead staff in demonstrations, and coordination of special events and promotions, within a high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily and ensures merchandising, pricing, inventory control and customer service goals.
• Assists in staffing, interviewing, training, and scheduling to maintain service-focused teams.
• Maintains product knowledge, conducts staff demos, and coordinates events and promotions.
