Job summary

Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, merchandise presentation, pricing and customer service. You will assist in staffing, training, and scheduling, while upholding company standards and plan-o-grams.

You will drive departmental sales, control inventory, and ensure a positive shopping experience through strong leadership and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory control and customer service.
• Prepare to-do lists and ensure plan-o-grams and directives are followed.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates and assist in scheduling and training.
• Maintain high customer service standards and product knowledge.
