Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, merchandising, and service excellence. You will help staff the department, implement directives, and maintain pricing and inventory integrity while delivering a legendary customer experience.

Strong retail sales background and supervisory experience are valued as you coach associates, coordinate schedules, and participate in performance discussions to drive sales and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain planograms.
• Staff department, coordinate scheduling, and train associates.
• Maintain high level of customer service and assist in product demos.
• Coordinate events and pricing accuracy with management.
