Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct department staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain merchandising directives and planograms as set by Corporate.
• Provide excellent customer service and mentor associates.
• Assist in interviewing and staffing, training, and performance input.
• Coordinate events and promos to drive sales and customer engagement.
