Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Lee, MA store. You will support customer experience and help shape a strong store culture, acting as a leader on the sales floor and coaching associates to reflect the brand in every customer interaction.

You will drive monthly bonuses through strong operational execution and team development, while partnering with the Store Manager on talent recruitment and omnichannel initiatives. This role is full-time and hourly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
