Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and performance.
• Manage customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience.
• Guide the team in products, services and leadership practices.
• Support store maintenance, visual merchandising, and retail procedures.
• Drive financial results by monitoring performance indicators, controlling expenses, and managing discounts.
