Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coach, develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and deliver on sales goals while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals while meeting individual targets.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist stockroom operations with inventory, shipments and product flow.
• Train and onboard new team members with ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Ensure inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local events and initiatives.
