Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team, coach and develop associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help maximize profitability, uphold brand standards, and foster an inclusive team culture in a fast-paced retail setting.

You should have 1+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks, open/close procedures, and manage stockroom operations.
