Job summary

POP MART seeks an Assistant Store Manager for the Annapolis Mall to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee operations, and ensure the POP MART brand is consistently reflected on the shop floor.

You will coach and develop team members, manage inventory and merchandising, and take on Manager on Duty duties when needed, supporting onboarding and performance development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, opening/closing and safety.
• Drive sales goals, KPIs, and inventory accuracy with a focus on customer experience.
