Job summary

POP MART in Annapolis Mall seeks a Retail Sales Lead to guide day-to-day operations, inspire the sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for collectors and fans of POP MART products.

You will serve as Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, coach associates, manage inventory, and support visual merchandising, product launches, and events to bring POP MART's stories to life for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Drive sales and KPI performance through product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stockroom organization.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and POS transactions.
• Support visual merchandising, product launches, and store events.
