You will orient and coach Mobile Experts, ensure customer needs are met, and maintain store standards, systems, and visual displays.

The role requires a High School diploma and retail experience; strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with a focus on delivering strong financial results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with store operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Customer: orient Mobile Experts to a standard of Loving Our Customers and meet customer needs.
• Ensure customer needs are met and create a comfortable, simple experience for customers.
• Complete observations of Mobile Experts' interactions and provide actionable feedback.
• Effectively manage customer wait times and stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
• Owner: lead by example, stay current on products, training, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and visual displays; execute Retail Methods & Procedures.
• Ensure teams know store systems and communications; help achieve financial results.
