Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Lead to guide the retail team in delivering customer-focused service and drive sales outcomes. You will coach, train, and manage store operations to meet targets while upholding brand standards and procedures.

Your leadership will impact customer experience and store performance. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1 year retail or customer service experience, and strong coaching and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
