O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of supervisors, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key duties include leading staff in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, overseeing customer service programs, processing orders and returns efficiently, and ensuring proper invoicing and security

Competenze

• Strong communication skills are required.
• RSS Certification must be obtainable.
• Retail sales experience and ASE certification are desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and execute programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Manage opening/closing duties, day end procedures, and banking tasks according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub deliveries, and store-to-store transfers promptly and notify customers on shipments.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and ensure proper invoicing and security procedures.
