Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You may assume shift management duties when managers are absent, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver excellent service, supervising showroom performance, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring timely processing of BOP/ship-to-store orders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
