Qualificações

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including deposits and security checks.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced, returns processed, and inventory accuracy is maintained.
