Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advice to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise and software tools, while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience.

This non-exempt, part-time role requires weekend availability and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN registration required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a retail environment, Sunday through Saturday, for 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships in the local community.
