Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor and community ambassador.

You’ll build a local client base, grow the TurboTax presence, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience while handling a range of simple to complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax professional license or credential.
• Experience filing 1040 federal/state tax returns.
• Ability to work onsite 20+ hours/week, weekends may be required.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full-service tax returns for clients.
• Provide tax advice and planning in everyday language.
• Build local client base and relationships.
• Represent TurboTax services in-store and at community events.
