Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and expert tax advice to customers in person, while building a local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

You will be a proactive community ambassador, using TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions and create an accessible tax experience for clients in your area.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Experience with professional tax software and tax planning.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
