Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including California. You will prepare taxes, advise on deductions, and deliver excellent customer service while growing your local client base.

You will engage with the community, represent TurboTax, and support marketing efforts to build lasting relationships, with compensation and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active professional license: EA, CPA, or attorney; PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return preparation experience with professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location nationwide, including California.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and beneficial for client interactions.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and tax software guidance.
• Engage in local marketing and develop relationships to grow clientele.
• Represent TurboTax as a trusted community ambassador in-store.
