Job summary

Intuit in California seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex returns while building trust and a local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (EA, CPA, or attorney) preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a front-facing ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Grow client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
