Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services, engage with the local community, and grow the client base with marketing support and tools.

You will represent TurboTax as a friendly local advisor, build long-term relationships, and help customers navigate complex tax situations while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must have 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns) per season.
• Willing to work onsite Sundays-Saturdays at TurboTax location 20+ hours weekly.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to build local presence and provide tax advice.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform.
• Must work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
