Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at retail or flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice to customers, leveraging TurboTax products and marketing support to grow a local client base. This is a non-exempt, onsite role with flexible hours, aiming to engage the community and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) is required or must be obtained.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers in-person, communicate complex tax concepts clearly.
• Build local client relations and participate in local marketing efforts.
