Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax preparation and advisory services.

You will build your local client base, provide tax planning, and participate in community engagement, using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

This non-exempt role requires weekend availability and a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Circular 230 familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice in person.
• Assist clients with simple to complex tax situations using TurboTax products.
• Engage with the local community to grow client base and loyalty.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
