Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their taxes and grow a local client base.

You'll provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, support in-store marketing, and build long-term relationships while representing TurboTax in the community. On-site, non-exempt, 20+ hours/week, with strong pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to local marketing efforts.
