Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local clients.

As a trusted advisor in the community, you’ll grow the client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and leverage marketing and TurboTax tools to empower customers. This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• 3+ years of paid federal and state tax returns filing using professional software.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, including Sundays.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités
