Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advisory services, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and promoting Tur botax products.

You’ll engage with the community, build long-term relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts. On-site availability and a passion for helping customers with tax planning are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• On-site availability 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in local and online tax community presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts and make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory for customers.
