Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers and providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients maximize refunds, grow the local business, and build lasting relationships while meeting on-site hours and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships through local community engagement.
