Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will combine tax expertise with community outreach to guide customers through personal and small-business tax needs and build lasting relationships. You will conduct in-person consultations, provide accurate tax return preparation, and support marketing efforts to grow the local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN must be current and active.
• State licenses/certifications must be obtainable.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship location; 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and engage in front-facing retail duties.
• Residence within the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and offer planning guidance.
• Grow the local client base and nurture long-term relationships in the community.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted advisor and advocate in marketing efforts.
