Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will help clients navigate complex returns and build your local client base.

This is a non-exempt, on-site role with flexible weekend hours and a minimum of 20 hours per week, offering benefits and opportunities to grow with Intuit's TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Onsite in TurboTax Retail location; weekend availability (20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
