Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in the local community. This non-exempt on-site role offers growth opportunities and participation in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Able to obtain required state licenses and stay compliant with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, advise on tax planning, and maximize refunds.
• Support local community marketing and build client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax professionally in a front-facing retail environment.
