Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building a local client base and community presence.

Role emphasizes in-person customer service, proactive outreach, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing to grow business. On-site, non-exempt, 20+ hours/week, with strong pay-for-performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools; support local marketing initiatives.
