Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at one of our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and contribute to TurboTax marketing efforts while providing friendly service and accurate tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers with simple to complex tax scenarios and deductions.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities and plan for future tax needs.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Support local marketing and community outreach through events and initiatives.
