Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and help customers navigate their tax needs, building local relationships and driving client growth.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions and a superior customer experience in a busy on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
