Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and customer service, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships.

You will be a trusted advisor, delivering personalized tax solutions, supporting marketing efforts, and representing TurboTax in the community. A strong tax background and the ability to work retail hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• May need state licenses or bonds.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Available onsite Sundays–Saturdays for 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local community presence as TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to clients.
• Lead in local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation.
• Uncover deductions, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience with professionalism.
• Interact in-person and via Intuit video tools.
