Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with local communities to build lasting client relationships.

As a trusted advisor, you will help customers navigate their tax needs, drive new client acquisition, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and resources to support clients.
