Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with in-person tax preparation at a designated TurboTax Retail location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and use TurboTax tools to optimize deductions while delivering a personal, high‑quality customer experience.

Successful candidates will have active licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), 3+ years filing 1040s, and willingness to work on-site 20+ hours weekly, including weekends, in a retail setting

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person using company tools and guidance.
