Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local clients.

You will engage with the community as a trusted TurboTax ambassador, lead local marketing efforts, and help grow the client base. A strong background in tax and customer service, plus readiness to work in a dynamic retail environment, are

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates permits or bonds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships in a front-facing retail setting.
