Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax retail or flagship location in the United States.

You will perform hands-on tax preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow our local client base while delivering excellent customer service in person. Eligible candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax experience, PTIN, and state licenses; 3+ years preparing 30+ returns per season.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain relevant state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week; weekends may apply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail role.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to maximize refunds and provide future planning advice.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach to grow the clientele.
