Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide, helping customers with in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base.

This non-exempt, front-facing retail role requires 20+ hours per week, weekend availability, and a professional uniform. Ideal candidates hold EA/CPA/attorney licenses with 3+ years of tax prep experience and comfort working in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
