Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax return preparation, and offer tax advice using TurboTax software.

Grow your local client base, build relationships, and participate in community marketing efforts. You will be a trusted advisor with strong tax knowledge, ready to connect with diverse customers and help them achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
