Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while promoting TurboTax in the local community.

This role requires on-site presence, a strong tax background, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. It offers weekend availability, a team-based environment, and opportunities to grow a local client base with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns.
• PTIN ready to file taxes and work onsite.
• Passion for community outreach and client education.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Support local marketing and build a client base in the community.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
