Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will prepare taxes, provide tax advice, and support local client growth while engaging with the community and representing TurboTax locally as a trusted advisor. You will assist customers in-person with TurboTax products, leveraging your tax expertise to deliver accurate solutions and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government websites, professional tools, and team knowledge.
