Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers. You will engage with the community and help build a local client base, leveraging marketing resources and TurboTax tools.

Ideal candidates have tax preparation experience, active licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), and can work onsite including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at TurboTax location, weekends included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead outreach, grow local client base, and foster ongoing relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a friendly retail environment.
