Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building a local client base. You will act as a community ambassador, engaging prospects, delivering personalized tax guidance, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• Must reside within the United States and be onsite 20+ hours/week (Sun–Sat).
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
