Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships with clients.

This non-exempt, onsite role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow your client base with marketing support. Must reside in the United States and be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted professional license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates or bonds required or obtainable.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ 1040s with professional software.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Must work onsite 20+ hours weekly; weekends possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Retail front-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and build community presence.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to clients.
• Support local marketing and make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Use resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Deliver professional service and help clients reach financial goals.
• Build long-term trust for repeat business.
• Interact in-person and via video tools.
• Address client inquiries and tax challenges.
