Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking driven individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing your local client base and building long-term relationships with customers. You will work on-site, represent TurboTax in the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must have or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow client base and foster loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service and clear guidance on tax planning.
