Job summary

Intuit is seeking individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers in a retail setting, while growing the local client base through community engagement.

You will work on-site, counseling clients, performing tax calculations, and leveraging marketing and software tools to build a thriving local tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN current.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and turning them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex filings.
